You can expect to receive your photos directly from the photographer within about one week or within the promised timeframe agreed upon with the photographer.

We accept Wise (formerly Transferwise) as the preferred payment method for most international customers. For domestic payments, we also accept bank transfers via BCA (PT Bank Central Asia) and GoPay. Visa and Mastercard are also available for both international and domestic customers, however, a small fee will be added to cover credit card processing costs. For the most cost-effective option, we recommend using Wise to avoid processing fees and pay exactly the price shown in the photographer's listing.

To secure your photo shoot appointment, a 50% deposit is required upon acceptance and confirmation of your booking. You will receive an invoice for 50% of the estimated cost, payable through bank transfer invoiced in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and convertible to JPY, USD, GBP, EUR, SGD, and other currencies. The remaining 50% balance is due at least 24 hours prior to your photoshoot. Full prepayment is required before the meeting with the photographer or videographer.

Package prices vary depending on the photographer you choose.

Rescheduling is generally not allowed unless your photographer has availability and agrees. However, we understand things come up, so please reach out to us to discuss your needs. We'll be happy to work with you and the photographer to explore the possibility of rescheduling.

We understand unforeseen circumstances may arise. Should you require cancellation of your photography session, please notify us via email, and note:

Cancellation with More Than 15 Days' Notice: For cancellations received at least 15 days prior to your scheduled shoot date, we are happy to provide a 90% refund of your booking fee.

Cancellation Between 7-15 Days of the Shoot: If you cancel between 7-15 days of your shoot date, and after receiving your confirmed booking details, a 50% refund of your booking fee will be provided. We retain the remaining 50% to cover processing and handling costs.

Cancellations Within 7 Days of the Shoot: Regrettably, cancellations received within 7 days of your scheduled shoot date are non-refundable.
